If you don't know, I am the newest Instructor at Current Fitness located in Tribeca!

Current Fitness is a 45 minute rowing class committed to giving you the best full body workout while focusing all on your core! As we row to the flow of the music, the choreography starts to feel like a dance making this workout fun and brand new for your body!

1. WE UNLPUG!

Getting a chance to truly disconnect is getting harder and harder.

More and more of us are looking for ways to quiet the mind and take a step back from the hustle and stressors of our daily routines.

When you enter our studio at Current Fitness, you are entering a space without cell phones, TVs or any type of screen showing you how hard you are working.

Believe me, the sweat speaks for itself!

Once you strap in and get settled in our dark and sacred space, you have chosen to dedicate 45 minutes of intense focus on your mind, body and spirit.

This is about YOU.

2. CROSS-TRAINING

YES! A class at Current is going to give you a full body work out, however we use our core the entire time. This is not your ordinary cardio class. As our heart rates go up, we are maintaining our form by keeping our abs engaged the entire time! The consistent row targets an all over ab workout!

When was the last time you worked on your abs for 45 minutes straight?!

No matter what exercise you do on a regular basis, Current is going to provide you the change needed to switch things up from your bodies' normal routine and help you start to see results fast!
